US IT Bench Sales Recruiter
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in Ahmedabad.
Experience: 1-3 years (Male candidates preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and place IT consultants on bench with US clients and vendors.
- Search and identify requirements through job portals, vendor networks, LinkedIn, and recruiter groups.
- Match consultant skills with suitable requirements and submit resumes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, recruiters, and implementation partners.
- Negotiate C2C/W2 rates and contract terms.
- Follow up on submissions, interviews, feedback, and offers.
- Maintain consultant profiles, availability, work authorization, and submission records.
- Coordinate interviews and joining formalities.
- Track daily submissions, interviews, placements, and pipeline.
- Achieve monthly submission and placement targets.

- US IT Staffing & Bench Sales C2C
- W2 & 1099 OPT
- H1B & GC
- US IT technologies and staffing practices
- Vendor management and rate negotiation
